Great Barracuda in Worcester Co., Maryland (10/6/2023). According to The Daily Times (Salisbury), 'On Oct. 6, [Stephen] Humphrey, from Ellicott City, Maryland, was originally trolling for yellowfin tuna, but a great barracuda ended up being his catch that would set a new state record. Humphrey's barracuda catch weighed 13 pounds, and was confirmed and certified at the Ocean City Fishing Center. The catch also was 42 inches long in total, 40 inches in fork length.'
