This species is uncommon in Maryland (S3). It remains unclear how this species is related to Heuchera alba. Research is ongoing.
Description
To identify this species flowers are needed. It has relatively large, campanulate flowers (calyx 5.5-13 mm). It is most similar to Heuchera alba. Heuchera pubescens has green (or purple-green) petals while Heuchera alba has white petals.
